I read with interest the article “Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders Through Unit-Based Councils” by Berta and Ceriani.
1I was thrilled to see it packed with insight and ideas that provide a solid foundation for future leadership development. The breadth of the conversation around how councils provide a rich array of opportunities for leadership development and experience was right on. Using their valuable experience at Allegheny Health Network, the authors offer practical, useful advice on how unit-based council membership and activity provide a great place for leaders to emerge.
