Giancarlo Lyle-Edrosolo is the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of Advocate
Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois. He is a first-generation immigrant and
was born and raised in the Philippines. Giancarlo has focused his career and professional
activities on promoting leadership development, cultivating professional advancement,
finding solutions and support for health care worker burnout, and addressing incivility
