When colleagues talk of retirement, I generally tune out. I have never thought about or have wanted to deal with that concept. For me, work is a large part of life and as natural as breathing. When the time eventually comes to tackle work/life balance, I have always planned to be involved professionally in some capacity, as I love what I do.
