Teamwork and the nursing process are discussed here in relation to nurses' job satisfaction. More and more nurses are leaving the profession, claiming job dissatisfaction. Since there is a shortage of nurses, nursing management is attempting to identify the causes of this dissatisfaction and find ways to correct the problem.
